2. Confirm sample scope

Clarify whether the request is for a complete system, motor-only review, HMI/battery review, or platform-specific engineering file support.

3. Align validation questions

List firmware, riding mode, parameter, protocol, mounting, battery and test-scope questions before the RFQ stage.

4. Move into production RFQ

After sample evaluation, share annual volume, supply scope, launch timing and commercial requirements for production RFQ preparation.
